Jt Moser, born on October 1st, 2002, and primarily known by his aliases, Cortez and stressjuice, is one of the original founders of Deadlock. Today, he is the sole administrator of pretty much anything related to Deadlock and spends most of his doing literally nothing. Since he does nothing all day, he has gotten pretty good at many video games, primarily first-person shooters. He takes great pride in getting to Master Guardian in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive matchmaking and B- in ESEA. He also runs an obscure Youtube Channel in which he uploads sparingly, and the content itself is usually lackluster.

Jt and Video Games

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Cortez purchased CS:GO on February 26th, 2015, but it wasn't until a few months after that he began to get interested in the game. Nearly 2000 hours and $500 later, he is still no better than when he started. Kind of, while he never reached any respectable rank in matchmaking, on ESEA he was able to reach the somewhat prestigious B-. The time and money never really amounted to anything, but who knows, he'll probably sink another few hundred of each in soon.

Jt's Youtube Channels

Despite being the first channel to gain any kind of popularity, the Cortez channel was definitely not the first chronologically. The first youtube channel made was verycoolwalkthroughz which premiered over 6 years ago. An unfinished walkthrough of PokéPark Wii: Pikachu's Adventure, filmed with a shitty camcorder, and a single Hexbug Ant review, also filmed with the same shitty camcorder, are the only videos that were uploaded to the channel. Unfortunately, the channel was lost when Jt forgot the password to his account and therefore locking himself out.

The second channel made by Jt was SuperHexbugguy, created on March 3rd, 2012. This channel was much more successful when compared to his first, though that is not saying much. Despite having over 65k views now (more than his current channel), during its lifetime it had little more than 1 thousand hits accumulated over its 71 uploads. All of the video's had an explicitly amateurish quality, and most of them had really no meaning at all. One of the most dramatic series on the channel was Life is a Highway, which starred both Jt and an unknown cousin. He eventually had to kill off his cousin in the series as he no longer wanted to participate. It also featured many miscellaneous gameplay videos.

Just an alternative channel to the original SuperHexbugguy. Many crudely made gaming-related videos were posted here.

JtSeesMinecraft was Jt's fourth and only deleted youtube channel. Not much is known about the channel but from the video linked above, we can only assume that it was another spammed channel of poorly made videos, many of which focused on gameplay of free flash games, and unsurprisingly, Minecraft.

The Cortez Youtube Channel, created on November 4th, 2014 has been Jt's reservoir for low-quality memes for close to a half-decade. The first upload on the channel was a terrible Castle Crashers let's play, made with an EZ-CAP crapture card and a cheap headset microphone. The series was met with literally no reception and was full of all the clichés one would expect to come from a 12-year-olds first video. The channel got it's first real publicity when Jt made a video titled 'Overwatch Cheaters Want to Sue Blizzard?' in which he made fun of posts made by people who cheat in the Overwatch, angry that they've been banned. The video quickly became the channels most popular video, accumulating upwards of four thousand views after a week of being online. Many of the comments were positive and praised the video for being pretty well-made relative to the age of its creator.

The Overwatch video was not the only one to garner popularity, however, as the video 'Rebuttals | Exposing: Rags the PC Peasent' quickly amassed a few thousand views after being shared on Rags' now banned twitter account. Jt has found more recent success with the videos 'The Chris Files | Chris Chan's Birth to Discovery (1982 - 2007)' and 'Introducing Saturn AKA Hitler's Invincible Pet Alligator' which have gained nearly 2 thousand views together.

The EDEN Concert

For more information, visit the full article at EDEN Concert 2018.

When at an EDEN concert with Michael, Jt found himself standing next to a girl that he thought was attractive, but instead of talking to her like a normal person he just sat there thinking about doing it. Needless to say, nobody gained anything other than disappointment from this situation.

Friendship Ended with Michael

On the 13th of January, 2019, Michael became extremely angry at Jt after he said his address on stream. This caused Michael to defriend him IRL.
